We have a low minimum order value of only £15.00 excluding VAT and carriage. Any orders below this amount will not be processed.
All orders above £100 (excluding VAT) qualify for free delivery. Orders below £100 will be subject to a carriage charge of £6.50+VAT. NB This only applies to orders delivered to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland (please enquire for delivery to these areas).
Orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) before 1.00pm will usually be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day. However, due to third party carriers being out of our control no guarantee can be given - but rest assured we will do our best.
Some bulkier items eg bubble wrap sometimes incur additional carriage charges and we reserve the right to charge extra in these circumstances. We will always discuss any extra charges with you before dispatch.
If no-one is available to receive the delivery the courier will leave a card asking you to telephone to arrange a redelivery or for you to collect from their nearest local depot. If the carrier encounters difficulty in delivery we reserve the right to pass on any charges they may make.
Please inspect the parcel upon delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery note if possible. Please inform us of damaged or faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt.
Goods will not usually be left without a signature and you become responsible for the goods upon delivery to you or your agent.
And finally... if something isn't to your liking and we can do something about it, rest assured - we will.
