All items advertised on this website (with the exception of bespoke printed/manufactured items) are usually held in stock for immediate despatch. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will contact you immediately and any payment made will be refunded.
If you find that an item you have ordered isn't suitable for your needs we are pleased to accept returns within 7 days of receipt. However the goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking/admin charge. This does not effect your statutory rights and faulty products will of course always be replaced or refunded without hesitation or charge.
